![]() I'm investing in my PC-aduio as my best sounding digital source. Once you go jukebox it's hard to go back. I run Foobar and others on my HTPC connected to my HiFI and then rmote desktop to my laptop so I wirelessly control my listening with my laptop.I love surfing my music and creating playlists. * not sure how to match Foobar in sound (no asio, 24/96)? * I use the subscription service for unlimited 192 wma downloads and Zune player transer * I'm fondof the Zune layout and especially sorting by recently added icons. * ease to use (ripping, burning, transfering, etc. ![]() * complex like Foobar with plug-ins and user created skins * very customizable in terms of sorting and displaying * great for theater display and one handed remote control The Foobar Curacao (spelling?) skin is great but intimidating to load plugins and configure. It's easy to getone album art window but I like to selecdt an artist and see thumbnails of all their album art on one screen (like Zune & iTunes). * complex additional setup and plugins required to match iTunes/Zune displays with multiple cover icons. * by far the most difficult to setup and learn beyond basic quick setup but recent bundled downloads and quick setups have made it easier. * quick to load and fast (not a bloated slow program) * great sound: getting around kmixer with ASIO and 24/96 (SRC) I use Foobar and experiment with many others.
